[evlatests] 4-band antenna

     In preparation for the C-configuration 'flux densities/models' run, 
I ran a quick test over all bands.

     There are fringes from 5 antennas at 4-band:

     6, 10, 12, 14, and 19.

     I had understood there's a sixth one outfitted -- which is it? The 
'coordination meeting' sheet lists only ea12 and ea19.

     I note that the fringes from the 'YY' side are much stronger than 
the 'XX'.  I've made no attempt yet to calibrate.
