[evlatests] P-band status check

    A few minutes of time was taken this afternoon to see where we are. 

    More detailed information will follow, likely tomorrow, but since 
some of the guys are heading to the array tomorrow morning, here are the 
basics:

    1) Only ea14 was out of the array. 

    2) ea22 gave no fringes (not surprising -- just moved). 

    3) ea25 'L' gave no fringes. 

    4) ea06 and ea17 have their polarizations reversed. 

    5) ea06 'R' and ea16 'R' are very weak.  

    6) No antennas gave high cross polarization.  (However, these data  
were taken with high temporal and spectral resolution, so the 
significance of this statement is not very high).
