[evlatests] SY Table Gaps -- time history

     I have two other databases, taken with 3-bit mode in December and 
February last, which checked for SY table holes.

     14 Dec 2013:  Has holes.

     27 Feb 2014:  Has *no* holes.

     But ... the Dec 2013 data were taken with the same correlator setup 
as my recent D-configuration data (27 June), while the Feb 2014 data 
were taken with a *different* correlator setup.

     The problem is mode-dependent.
