[evlatests] ea13 status: revised

Ken,

I was able to look at this problem regarding IFB. I agree it looks like 
it is the RCP RF plate in the UX. I have informed Terry, and Jerry is on 
his way to begin this repair. I also opened a maintenance form in 
mainsaver for tracking.
