During hot/cold tests to measure Trx and Tcal at P-band, I have about a 
+/- 0.1dB power measurement accuracy.  This equates to:
Trx being within 5-6K
Tcal being within 3-4K

I.e., if measured Tcal is 12K, the next 0.1dB step would be 15K.
