[evlatests] Birdie at 1875 MHz

    'Late last month' = 25 August.

    More evidence casts some doubt on these explanations ... 
    The birdie is seen on many baselines -- all of them including 25 or 
26 -- but if due to something emanating from either these two, or from 
the local area, we should not see the birdie on long baselines -- i.e., 
on baselines including the antennas at the ends of the N or S arms.

    But we do -- there are good detections on baselines including ea27 
(at N18). 

    So my next theory has the emanation being internal to some of the 
antennas, the two strongest of of which happen to be ea25 and 26.
