[evlatests] Birdie at 1875 MHz

    Perusal of spectral plots from L-band data taken late last month 
reveals a weak birdie at 1875.0 MHz.  It is visible on many baselines 
comprising ea25 and ea26.  The birdie is by far the strongest on 
baseline ea25 x ea26. 
    These two antennas were located at W12 and W14 -- hence the evidence 
is pretty strong that this birdie is coming out of the technical 
services area.
