[evlatests] P-band polarization reversals

    A fair chunk of P-band data was taken last night.  All antennas in 
the array fringed, except for ea19, which has no receiver. 

   Antennas 1, 9 and 24 appear to have their polarizations swapped.   
However, the situation for ea01 and ea09 may not be simple -- they both 
have very high cross-polarization -- nearing 50% (so it's hard to tell 
if they're swapped or not).  The problem with these two may well be 
another issue.  First thing to check is if the dipoles are hugely 
misaligned (tens of degrees).
