[evlatests] ea28, LCP, at X-band ...

    ea28 exhibits a curious amplitude behavior, in LCP only, at X-band, 
but not at C-band.  (I cannot speak on the other bands).  The amplitudes 
show two stable states, differing by nearly a factor of 10 -- one of 
which is too high, the other too low (compared to other antennas).  The 
transitions are fast (~ 1 second), and are unconnected to any other 
activities.  There is no regularly in the pattern -- it seems to have a 
will of its own. 
    This is seen in the visibilities, and (Ken tells me) in the switched 
power monitoring.  Clearly something about the receiver.
