We wondered today whether the choice of L301 tuning was changed.
It was indeed changed on March 4, 2010.  At P, L and S bands the
minumum allowable L301 choice was relaxed from 12928 MHz to 12672 MHz.
This is too early to be the cause of the change reported by Rick.
