[evlatests] Cyg A Flux at P-band

    Finally, I compare the Baars et al. flux density for the standard 
calibrator 3C405 (Cygnus A) against what the test data from yesterday 
suggest, using the 'Scaife and Heald' values for 3C147.

    There is a major difference.  The Baars et al. expressions, for 325 
MHz, give 6072 Jy for Cyg A. 
    Yesterday's data provide an estimate of about 4000 -- 4500 Jy.    
This difference isn't due to any gain change issue -- even if the 'PDif 
Compression' affected the visibilities (and it's not yet clear that it 
does), the effect would only modify the data at the few percent level.  
(Inspection of the PDif data for this test data show the median 
compression is less than 5%).
