[evlatests] EVLA ACU Status Review

There will be a Status Review for the new ELVA ACU/FRM system on 
Wednesday, Nov 28th at 2PM in the AOC Auditorium in Socorro. This will 
be a general review of the current status of the hardware and software 
for the new system, not the originally scheduled CDR. A more detailed 
technical review will be scheduled for the week Greg Maglathlin is here, 
probably on Dec 20 or 21. The CDR will likely be held in January or 
February.
