After speaking with Bob Broilo, Mike Revnell, Kevin Ryan and Doug Scott, 
the LO/IF group is requesting that the first (7 AM) power outage be 
allowed to go for 15 minutes if the electrical work is completed in less 
than 15 minutes.  This will allow us to scrutinize battery performance 
in all of the antennas before the winter months hit.

Kevin said he was interested in evaluating the correlator run time on 
UPS in low power mode also.  If anyone has a reason NOT to do this, 
please let us know.  As Bob said, it may be down longer anyway.
