ea24 testing

D352 on IFD has low optical power on "Optical Power 2"  it reads 
35 instead of 880.   There is an issue with the D302.

FE_1 indicates a warm 15K stage.  (C-band?)  It might cooling now.

All bands show a OK bandpass shapes

The antenna passes the ED test.
