[evlatests] 3-bit sampler status

Two more antennas, ea01 and ea06, now have a full complement
of 3-bit samplers.  A quick survey was made today to see if
they all work.  Both seem to work as expected, but there is
still a formatter/deformatter problem with ea01B.

All the samplers had to be turned on as they had not been
turned on when power was last restored on Wednesday.  The
only problems seen were that two samplers, 7A1 and 14C2,
had very large apparant DC offsets.  Mike is investigating
this.

The two D30x modules in ea13 were still set to default to
a 'sampler gain' value of 64 rather than 32.

No careful checks were made of noise statistics.
