[evlatests] C-band compression data

At C-band, the two subbands were tuned to 4440 and 6690 MHz. The
flux density from Taurus A at 6000 GHz is about 610 Jy, (more than twice
Cygnus A). The observed antenna temperature from Taurus A was close to
60K -- close to tripling the total system temperature.
PDif compression is seen in nearly all antennas -- and there are two
antenna-IFs with very clear PDif *expansion*.

ea23, in the 2nd IF (B and D), has PDif and PSum values about 1% of
the expected level.
