[evlatests] Two mysterious antennas ...

The Q bands in ant 01 (C&D) and 14 (A&B) do have a weak side. It is the
receiver, there are work orders open against both of them. 
No prognosis on how fast they get repaired, hopefully not too long.

This probably explains your Feb 1 complaint about Q band at ea01.
At least it is consistent with that complaint.
