The fix needed to be  - and still needs to be - done on L302-4.

The 'fix' to L302-3 does not seem to have hurt it. But I am Not
sure whether to unfix it or leave it as it is now.

| over the weekend of phase jumps at scan boundaries on ea02-B2D2 which
| correpsonds to the L302-4.  Either the wrong cable was tweaked or
| there were two problems.
