[evlatests] Ku-band PDif compression from Taurus A (20 Aug)

    At this band, Taurus A provides 15 to 20 K in additional system 
temperature.  So the increment is not very large. 
    Most antennas show very minor PDif compression, but there are a few 
notable exceptions.   The BD IF pair are in general less compressed than 
AC -- probably because it was tuned to a higher frequency (16.7 GHz, vs 
13.1)  At this frequency, the Ku-band primary beam is ~ the same size as 
the source.
