Yes indeed; the soida file has an extra column containing Tcal*10
which was loaded instead of the proper column.  Corrected.

The S band receiver in ea02 does not identify itself in monitor
data.  MIB is pingable but appears unresponsive.  Will fix Tcals
when receiver identifies itself.

ea12 - those are the numbers in the soida files in the 'Current' area,
and are about what they should be.

These are the numbers in the soida files in the 'Current' area.
There are other soida files with numbers a factor of two (not four)
lower.

These are the numbers in the soida files in the 'Current' area,
and are about what they should be.
