[evlatests] more 3-bit samplers

These antennas have not received T304 updates yet.  Recall that the
unmodified T304s have 20dB less output power than the modules with the new
equalizer boards.  Among modules with the older equalizer boards, there
can be 8 - 10dB difference in overall module gain.  This gain difference
is being addressed during the retrofit.  I can check serial numbers
tomorrow.

New EQ boards have been inspected and tested and are presently being
retrofit into modules.  I expect that we will have these modules ready for
antennas within 2 weeks.
