[evlatests] Switched Power problems at X-band

    A quick 'system health' check was done early this afternoon.  Fringe 
powers were related upon earlier.

    A strange problem in the switched power monitoring system is seen -- 
*** only at X-band ***:

    Antennas 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 11, 15, 17, 19, 22, 27 and 28 all have 
PDif values equal to noise (zero mean) in IFs B and D only.  At the same 
time, the PSum values for these antennas in those two IFs are about 1% 
of the normal amplitude. 

    In addition, at X-band only:  ea05 has low PSum and only noise PDif 
in all four IFs.  And ea12D has this same problem. 

    All fringes are of normal level. 

    All other bands show normal switched power.  What is wrong with X-band?
