Ant 8 had an M301 problem that was causing the S-5 transfer relay to 
stay energized crossing the A and C inputs to the downconverters. This 
has been corrected.

Ant 7 had a new L305 installed on Wednesday. It is possible that the 9.6 
and 19.2 Hz fibers are crossed. This would make it appear as if switched 
power was working in the TPDs, but it would confuse the correlator I 
believe. We can check this out as soon as Michael's test is finished.
