[evlatests] Low amplitudes at Q-band

    I had a test, right after lunch, at all bands from X through Q.    
In reviewing the Q-band data, I agree with some of Michiel's observations:

    6 looks o.k. to me. 
    8 is very low in IFs A and C -- this is the case at *all bands*!!!
    11 is very low in RCP (IFs A and B)
    21 was out of the array for my test.
    22 and 24 look o.k. to me.
