[evlatests] Troubles with high elevation pointing

       Further review of the 3C84 K-band pointing solutions reveals 
something quite interesting ...

    I noted earlier that a half dozen antennas had significant 
deviations in antenna gain (due to pointing) near transit.  All of these 
were corrected by referenced pointing, when this was done.  The 
solutions show that in *all* cases, the major correction is in elevation 
-- up to 0.5 arcminute (for antennas 8 and 15). 

    It would be very useful to follow up on Barry's suggestion of 
whether this is repeatable.   An easy experiment, when time permits -- 
to track a few sources on each side of the zenith when they transit, 
continuously running referenced pointing.
