[evlatests] Internal RFI at S-band

    Another stability test was run Wednesday night, at all bands.  I'm 
trolling through the data looking for unusual effects.  Here's an 
interesting one ...

    At S-band, a birdie is seen, in LCP only,  and only on a few 
antennas.  The frequency is unusual -- 2602 MHz.  This is not a multiple 
of the usual suspects!  Since the birdie is entirely absent on most 
antennas, and is entirely absent in RCP, it is very likely this is an 
internal 'tone'. 
    The antennas on which it is seen are:  6, 10, 14, 15, 18, 23, and 
26.  And only these.
