[evlatests] ea05 at X-band is very bad ...

    A short test was run last night, at all bands. 

    At X-band, the data are of superlative quality -- with one glaring 
exception.  ea05 is giving very, very weak fringes, and its switched 
power is all wrong -- the PDif values are essentially noise with a 
negative offset, and the PSum values, although of reasonable amplitude, 
are changing on short timescales in an erratic manner. 

    Something amiss with the receiver, I expect ...
