[evlatests] Super-Birdie!

I've reported earlier on various 128 MHz combs which show up at some
bands.

There is a 'special birdie' found in the Ka-band spectra, which
deserves a special note. This is at
29440 GHz, and is a good 33 dB above the noise!!! It is so strong that
satellite wings are seen at +/- 32 and 64 MHz above and below the center
line. I note that this tone is the 230th harmonic of 128 MHz.

This tone is different than the others, in that there are no other
tones in adjacent subbands. Other tones come in families, with the
odd multiples of 128 MHz being much stronger.

The tone is seen on all baselines, but is by far the strongest on
baselines with 12 and 7 (with the baseline 7 * 12 being by far the
stronges), and is weak only on baselines with antenna 14. It is seen in
both RCP and LCP.
