True, I forgot about reway. The few % agreement is based on Tsys (computed
by TYAPL from the switched power) and Jy/K given to TYAPL from an external
table. I verified the numbers were resonable, and that the calculation was
correct given the inputs.

e.g. C band 4.8-5GHz, 54% antenna effic. (10.4Jy/K) is being used for all
antennas, this is a single dish (hot-cold) measured number. BW 2MHz per
chan, correl. effic.=0.932 for 4-bit requantization.

ea26 Tsys 22, 25, 29, 31 in A,B,C,D. ea27 Tsys 30, 30.5, 24.5, 26
weight (1/sig^2) on baseline 26-27 is 47.5, 41, 44, 38.2 (TYAPL)
and hand calculation gives 49, 42, 45, 40.
