[evlatests] Passband Ripple, ea21 in LCP, X-band

    The bandpass solutions I'm getting from last week's run on Hercules 
A shows generally good solutions -- with a single exception. 
    Antenna 21, in LCP only, has a very notable ripple (both amplitude 
and phase), with a ~20 MHz period, corresponding to 7.5 meter path 
length.  The ripple amplitude is about 1dB in power, and about 10 
degrees in phase.
