[evlatests] phase jumps at scan boundaries on ea13, ea16, ea18

More 6.7 GHz observations were taken on Saturday morning (June 4). Phase
jumps are seen on antennas ea13, ea16, and ea18, and are occurring at scan
boundaries.

Attached is a plot that shows both RR and LL data on baselines that include
the above mentioned antennas (RR in blue and LL in red). The vertical lines
denote the scan boundaries. In these observations, we acquired data on the
same source using the same frequency and correlator setup for 52 minutes (13
scans x 4 minutes). These data are form IFs A and C only.
