[evlatests] Recent Ka run

The hour+ spent on 3C273 at Ka has been looked at with AIPS.  The 
results are attached.  There are 2 antennas with very bad single scans 
but no other phase jumps of note.  Amplitudes show serious (4 - 20%) 
scan-dependent excursions for a significant number of antennas but not all.
