[evlatests] updated CalDevice tables

For the last ~2 weeks, the test version of MCAF has been writing
CalDevice tables with R & L, and multi-subband values for sysPower.

BDF2AIPS was updated by Bill Cotton (as of this morning) to read
these into an AIPS dataset. I have verified that the correct Tcals
etc. are getting through, and that it is backward compatible, i.e.
the handling of ASDM's from the current MCAF is unchanged.

I loaded a C band 16-subband 4-stokes (2GHz total BW) dataset and
will probably try a couple different ones. To try it yourself:

(a) wait till the test MCAF is promoted to production (next week?)

or

(b) * Get the ASDM for <project> from the archive as usual.

     * Also retrieve the test version of the xml tables from here:

            cp -r /home/mctest/evla/mcaf/workspace/<filename>

            and overwrite the production xml files. Keep the BDF's.

     * Run BDF2AIPS as usual.
