[evlatests] Ka-band birdie?

Ah yes, I've seen this recently as well (should have reported it, sorry!) --
a quick look through my Ka-band data indicates that it's most notable on
antenna ea22, and may have appeared around mid-December.  I don't see it in
an observation on 12/3, but it's there on 12/18, 12/21, and 1/14.
