    Upon continuing review:

ea06 in RCP only has an interesting family of birdies:

    1) The line is centered at 26277 MHz.
    2) There is a series of sidebirdies at an interval of 812 kHz,
descending in strength, which covers essentially the entire 128-MHz-wide
subband.
    3) This was visible, with identical characteristics, last March.
    4) The birdie is well resolved, and moves in time -- by at last 125
kHz over the one minute we spent at this frequency.
