[evlatests] PDif compression and expansion -- a few 'final' notes

I might be noted that ea14 had HVAC temperature stability
problems over the weekend.  Rob Long has the details.  At
the maintenance meeting this morning he mentioned that
ea14 temp dropped significantly as the outdoor temps dropped.
