[evlatests] Phase Hopping Antennas

    The SST (Switch Stress Test) gives good data on 'hopping antennas' 
-- those which change phase upon scan changes.   These are easily found 
by plotting Phase(IF1 - IF2). 

    The only 'hopping antenna' is antenna 12, which is hopping at all 
bands.   It is clear that the hops are in IFPair2 (IFs B and D), and not 
in IFPair 1. 

    There is a remarkable difference between X-band, and all other 
bands:  In X-band, there is only a single 'hop'.  All other bands show 
big hops on every scan.
