[evlatests] Power outages on Saturday

  Just wanted to note, from Saturday ~17:30 MDT, until ~12:30 Sunday 
MDT;  ea01-b, ea21-a, ea21-c data should not be trusted. Deformatters 
were misaligned until I repaired them on Sunday. ea22-d had a mib 
emulator that didn't restart correctly, also repaired.
