[evlatests] Moved antennas

More antennas were moved, and pointing updated:

ea01, 04, 07, 23 on Oct 4th.
ea03, 17, 24, 27 on Oct 5th.

All are usable for science. Baselines will be updated in a day
or 2. 14 was not usable yesterday, but reportedly is now fixed
and needs work for receiver checkout, delays, and pointing. I'll
send an update.
