John McClendon went out and worked the L-band issue. The power is a lot
better and the sync detects look reasonable.

The initial test of ea14 shows the following

X-band is fine
L-band is a little low.

Q-band IFA has large ripple but not B,C,D

K-Band has small ripple on IFA and IFB  but not C or D
