[evlatests] Meeting to Discuss Switched Power

    I'd like to utilize the 9AM Thursday morning meeting slot to discuss 
the results of the tests run recently on the switched power mechanism.  
I'll show various examples of it successfully correcting apparent gain 
changes, examples of apparent gain changes that are completely missed by 
switched power, plus some (thankfully, only a few) examples of clearly 
misbehavior.
