[evlatests] Zero Tcals at C-band

I loaded some data sets of the 'catch of the day', after Rich's update, to
verify that:

If an antenna in in the array, it now has non-zero Tcal; the antennas
missing a Rx had Tcal=1.0. EA26 which is not in the array had Tcal =
INDEterminate.

Also, the RSRO-type data now has different values for Psum, Pdif, Tsys
for each subband (they were identical before). The Tcal R and L are still
duplicates for this version.

Tsys values were generally reasonable for bands C~30, X~30, K~50-65,
A~50-60, and Q~60-80 Kelvin.
