Rich deployed a new version of mcaf this morning, the main
purpose of which is to address many of these Tcal problems.
Any reports about Tcal problems before today should be
ignored and only data from today on used to evaluate the
correctness of Tcal tables.

That said, there still may be problems with Tcal data in the
database and that, too, is being investigated.
