[evlatests] state of the newest antennas

ea17 was recently returned to service.  It has receivers for
C, X and K bands and is in good shape for observing.  Delays
pointing and focus are all under control at its new location.

ea22 is the newest antenna.  The low frequency bands are all
OK.  K band may be OK, but Ka and Q bands have not been
checked at all carefully.  A collimation run in the next few
days may help K band, but I have little hope for Ka and Q
Problems with configuring the correlator has made the usual
antenna diagnostic scripts unreliable of late.
