All,

Sorry for the late announcement (Michael is returning today); we wanted to
keep this
time to discuss any outstanding data reviews/issues though today should be
brief
based on the reduced observing possible the first half of this week.

We currently have 14 data sets being evaluated and we would like to close
out their
review (i.e., understand the followup actions/tests/observations if needed).

Here's a quick status update to help guide the discussion. Lead-off with
Rick to give
the overview assessment and notes from his tests yesterday.

Update:
        Issues:
        - bug in the STB configurator that left files open (Ken's note);
This caused a wave of shutdowns.
        - network switch repair fallout - many BBs had to be rebooted
but then came up with data flow disabled on the ethernet chip.
Lots of rebooting of boards and deformatter therapy (Ken/Kerry).
        - Maintenance day recovery; tried to use the system early - lots
of work by Ken/Kerry to bring the system back.

System Verification:
        - Antenna tests (Rick)
        - Pointing runs (Ken)
        - High Frequency Push (Rick)
                - Planned C/K reference pointing update (Manuel/Vivek)
        - L Band HI checkout/recommendations (Juergen)
Band Checkouts:
        - L: Okay; updated default central frequencies for widest spaced IFs
(from Rick)
                - L-band really blank field (James)
        - S: Okay; waiting on followup to 128 MHz shift and frequency sweep
(Rick).
        - C: Okay (Eric review complete?)
        - X: Okay (Nirupam, Vivek); check of frequency labeling direction
using MEX (Bryan).
        - K: Okay
Observing Mode:
        - Polarization (Steve/George)
        - Spectral Line (Juergen)
OSRO/RSRO Proposal Tests:
        - AE176 (Gustaaf/Jacqueline): On hold pending review of data.
        - AH1004 (Gustaaf): Failed low frequency C band; frequency different
than setup in
Michael's ClowTest - shift up and repeat.
        - AM1009 (Emmanuel, Vivek, Ken): Failed initial try; problem with
the filters; under review before report.
        - AU129 (Joe): On hold pending review of data.
        - AR704 (Joe): Observations started this morning.
        - AB1345 (Sanjay)
        - AV317 (Juergen): On hold pending review of 3C84 recommendations.
        - AC980: On hold pending K band SB
Software system updates
        - OPT (Lorant)
        - Executor (Barry)
        - Scheduling (Joan, Bryan)
        - CASA (Juergen): Issues seen for large data set imports; round trip
export/import has some degradation.
        - AIPS (Eric): Note ~800 uploads since Jan; opacity functionality
ready (waiting for weather
table info). Need review of polarization data to confirm handling of
calibration for small par ang.
Hardware issues (working with Steve for tracking these and being able to
associate status with data daily)
        - EA05 RR stability
        - EA06/EA26: B/D C band amp jumps
        - EA16: X band rcvrs warmed up (slow leak).
        - EA20: B/D low power at C
        - EA21: Servo motor faults.
        - Weather station dewpoint reading is faulty (note: Ops screen isn't
updating).
