[evlatests] More data from the weekend

Note that in reducing this dataset and the on-center one
62_2_sb166651_1.55255.200106909724 from yesterday, I had
to flag shadowed data otherwise I got low-level stripes
across the image.  Updated the ECDATA entries in JIRA
to reflect this.  So watch out for this since the filler
does not automagically flag shadowed data.
