[evlatests] ea10 mostly ressurected

ea10 was declared ready to re-commission today.

L band works but is weak.  Perhaps a receiver problem?

C band works fine.

X band doesn't fringe, but there is *lots* of power into
the T304s.  I suspect the wrong receiver is connected.

K band works fine.

Ka band works fine, but would benefit from improved pointing

Q band doesn't fringe, and there is very little power into
the T304s.  I suspect the wrong receiver is connected.


Delays are reasonable.  Pointing should be done once X band
is working.
