[evlatests] No test meeting today

Michael and I decided to not hold a test meeting this morning.

With Bob Sault's return next Monday, the following Thursday should be a
good time to continue the polarization discussion of last week.  It should
also be a good opportunity to discuss some of the practicalities of
wide-band calibration.  An appropriate agenda will be drawn up early next
week.
