Brent and I spent some time working on the API this morning.
The signal generator used for the interim LO appeared to be ok , it had 
not drifted off.
One of the IF levels (west arm I think) was low and Brent readjusted it 
back to a nominal level.
The Phasemon computer was/is still showing good performance.
I followed Bill Sahr's directions to get the data base updates working 
again.

I think that it is working.
Please help us keep an eye on it.
