Amy's draft plan for determining requirements for and generating a 
sufficient set of f.d. model images for the EVLA is also to be found 
there.  Scroll down for my comments about spec index effects; the figures 
I refer to are listed near the top of the page (alas in alphabetized
order which is opposite to how I refer to them!).

My comment is relevant to general observing/calibration methodology, and 
I've added a comment to the relevant LSC methodology ticket (ECSV-42). 
There is no such ticket for high frequencies yet.
